He was willing to adjust these timelines as well in response to any setbacks or just life in general. Preparing my house for rent took a lot of work – we replaced carpets, painted the whole house OURSELVES, replaced several appliances, and tackled many other projects. Patrick has served as the property manager for my Rancho San Diego home for the past 2 years. Prior to that he served as the property manager at the same property for my mother for 10+ years. He initially started working for her when he was with his previous company; he ultimately started his own firm and my mom knew to stick with him because he is truly the best realtor and manager in the area. My family and I rented a home that Pat managed for a short period of time. He was alway extremely professional and responsive. In the time we rented from him, several less than ideal situations came up that were out of anyone’s control. He was always quick to act, and up front with us. I found his style to be the perfect balance between dealing directly with the owner and a larger management company. It always felt that he was working equally for us as the renters, as well as for the property owner and that he had both our best interest in mind.
